    RECENT CONCERTS:

      • DecayDance Fest in Paris and London
      • Panic at the Disco recently finished the Honda Civic Tour with Phantom Planet, Motion City Soundtrack, and the Hush Sound, starting in San Francisco on April 10th 2008 (concert recap below) and touring across America and back to end in Las Vegas on June 13th 2008. They well next be going to participate in fetivals in Europe, and later touring in Australia through August.
      • April 10th 2008 concert- Phantom Planet started the night at the Warfield in downtown SF. The excitement grew greater as Motion City Soundtrack and then the Hush Sound played. Finally, after waiting so long, our beloved Panic at the Disco came on stage. Without a word, they played there first song, smiling at eachother as they played into the flower decorated microphones. After the song, they finally addressed the crowd seeming entirely pleased with being back in SF, and excited to start the show. They played many new songs (including (Were So Starving, Nine in the Afternoon, That Green Gentlemen, Behind the Sea, and Mad as Rabbits) and many old songs (including But its Better If You Do, I Write Sins Not Tragedies, Lying is the Most Fun a Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off, and (acoustic) Time to Dance) making jokes between themselves and interacting with the crowd in between songs. I have to say that although the stage was much less crowded this time around, with a noticeable lack of dancers and props, the obvious maturity that the band had gained made up for it. Brendons voice was flawless, and the band seemed much more sure of themselves as musicians, there new tracks being much easier to recreate live then there old album. Even Ryan amazed the crowd with his little heard voice, singing his song Behind the Sea, and sounding lovely. Altogether I would give the concert a 10 out of 10.

the only reason people thought they sucked live is because they used to be running all over stage and it was out of breath, anddd they were young. they are the BEST live. I've seen them once and they are great!
